KFS partners with private equity group

Kelley Fleet Services LLC (KFS), a large-fleet maintenance provider, has formally partnered with a private equity group based in Memphis TN. Their $25 million capital investment will be used to accelerate KFS' growth within the North American fleet maintenance and the services market.

The additional resources will be used to support and accelerate expansion in the private fleet market, as well as position KFS to pursue select municipal market opportunities.

Privately held and headquartered in Mission Viejo CA, the firm was created in 1999.
