Navistar International Corp's president and chief operating officer, Daniel C Ustian, has been elected chief executive officer, effective Feb 19, 2003, after the company's annual meeting. He will succeed John R Horne, who will continue to serve as chairman of the board. Robert C Lannert will continue as vice-chairman of the board of directors and chief financial officer. The role of chief operating officer will not be filled.
Delta Waseca Inc has named Michael G Chinander plant manager in charge of all production operations at the company's Waseca MN facility. He replaces the retiring Brady Jones. Most recently, Chinander was plant manager of Kiefer-Built Inc, a horse and livestock trailer fabricator in Iowa.
Autocar LLC has named Mark Neale sales engineer. He comes to Autocar from Western Star Trucks, where he served in several engineering and program management positions.
