Haldex acquires Holland Group businesses

The Haldex Group has completed the acquisition of the Anchorlok air brake actuator and Neway suspension control valve businesses from the Holland Group of Holland MI.

Manufacturing facilities in Monterrey, Mexico, and Grand Haven MI will be integrated into Haldex Brake Systems, headquartered in Kansas City MO.
