ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Harry Howard vice-president and general manager of the company's Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business group. He will work at CVA headquarters in Florence KY. Formerly, Howard was director of marketing for Pioneer-Standard Electronics.
Accuride Corp's board of directors has appointed Terrence “Terry” Keating president and chief executive officer and elected him to the board of directors. He previously was senior vice-president and general manager of Accuride's Wheel Division. He replaces William “Bill” Greubel, who resigned to join Wabash National Corp.
Eaton Corp has appointed Richard H Fearon executive vice-president and chief financial and planning officer. He joined Eaton from Willow Place Partners, a Menlo Park CA-based corporate advisory firm that he founded in 2001.
The Holland Group has named Woodrow “Woody” Weigandt vice-president — global marketing and product development. He previously served as president of the Holland Binkley Division. The group has appointed Jack Gisinger vice-president — engineering. He most recently was vice-president of engineering for the Holland Hitch Division. Zoran Tomic, new director — trailer suspension systems product management team, had been vice-president — engineering for the Holland Binkley Division. Robert Eldridge, now product marketing manager/fifthwheel product management team, was responsible for similar duties for Holland's Axle/Brake SBU. New appointees at Holland USA include new president Tim Hemingway, previously president of the Holland Hitch Division. Barbara DeBruyn, most recently acting general manager and vice-president/corporate controller of the Holland Neway Division, is now chief financial officer for Holland USA. Dale Dolezal, previously Holland Group vice-president and general manager for Holland Hitch facilities in New Jersey and South Carolina, has been named Holland USA's vice-president of operations. Tom Foster, now Holland USA's manufacturing director — coupling products, most recently was director of operations for the Holland Hitch Division. Rick Pfleging, manufacturing director — landing gear, mechanical suspension, and roll form products, previously was SBU director — suspensions for the Holland Neway Division. Rick Wagner, manufacturing director — suspension products, had served as manufacturing manager at the Holland Atlantic Hitch Division. Larry Nulf, distribution director, most recently was vice-president and general manager for the Holland Hitch Division in Wylie TX. Larry Pritts, director of supply chain planning, previously was materials manager at the Holland Atlantic Hitch Division. John Johnson, customer service manager, had served in that role for the Holland Neway Division.
Paul D Levering has been named vice-president — technical services for Webb Wheel Products Inc. He served most recently as vice-president — sales and marketing. William E Walther has joined the company as vice-president — business development. Walther has held executive sales, marketing, and business development positions with ArvinMeritor, Volvo GM Heavy Truck Corp, and Eaton Corp.
Mike Stevens has joined Sno-Way International Inc as manager of business development. He has a background in the truck equipment industry, especially with snow and ice control equipment.
Transportation Technologies Industries Inc (TTI) has appointed four senior account managers. Peter Oldis will coordinate activities for Volvo/Mack companies, and John Schneider will handle Freightliner LLC and its subsidiaries. Lee Swafford has been named manager for the Paccar organization and its subsidiaries Peterbilt and Kenworth. Todd Kassel is responsible for International, as well as account management for all TTI business units except Gunite and Fabco.
American Eagle Accessories Group, a division of Stellar Industries Inc, has appointed Scott Dirksen sales representative for its product lines. He was previously a customer service representative for Stellar Industries.
