Supreme Industries, Inc. (NYSE MKT: STS) said the previously disclosed sale of its shuttle bus assets to Forest River, Inc., has closed.
A small gain on the sale is anticipated to be recorded in the first quarter period ending March 29.
Additional information will be available when the company discloses its first-quarter financial results.
Supreme has a long-term strategy of focusing on its core work truck and specialty vehicle markets. Forest River, Inc., an Indiana-based Berkshire Hathaway Company, manufactures a full line of transit buses, shuttle buses and tour coaches.
