Kögel has unveiled a new 3-axle tipper semi-trailer that has a modular concept and corrosion protection of the chassis and tipper body by cathodic dip-paint coating with Nano Ceramic.

Due to its screwed/bolted/glued joining technology, the replacement of the tipper body components is easy, cost-effective and fast. The change of the transport from sand or gravel to coarse bulk material or excavated material is quickly possible thanks to the combination possibility. The intelligent joining technology of tipper body and side wall gives the tipper additional stability. The modularity of the tipper semi-trailer enables easy replacement of the side wall and side wall reinforcement without the necessity of wear plates.

All Kögel tipper semi-trailers have cathodic dip-paint coating for chassis and tipper body, are surface-treated with Nano Ceramic Technology and subsequently painted. This high-quality corrosion protection ensures a long service life. The modern corrosion protection is more environmentally compatible and offers a better energy balance than conventional surface coatings.
Modern lightweight construction and production methods ensure a low tare weight of approximately 13,090 pounds in the standard model, with a high degree of load capacity.

The movable underride guard guarantees easy changing from road driving position to use as a road finisher, for which purpose it can be inserted.
