Amerit Fleet Solutions recently acquired Mississauga, Ontario-based Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair.

The acquisition builds on Amerit’s continued investment in the Canadian market following its acquisition of Pro Reefer earlier this year. It also brings together two long-time sister companies, Pro Reefer and Triple Diamond, that have worked alongside one another for years, the news release noted.

By uniting under one organization, Pro Reefer is expanding its service capabilities, strengthening support for commercial fleets across Canada, and creating new opportunities to deliver even greater value to customers.

Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair is an MTO-certified commercial truck and trailer maintenance and repair provider. Operating from a 24,000-square-foot, 16-bay facility, the company offers comprehensive maintenance and repair services performed by licensed technicians with expertise across major OEM manufacturers.
