W&B acquires Sanders Trailer Service
W&B Service Company has acquired Sanders Trailer Service, an established full-service semi-trailer dealership and service provider with a focus on grain hoppers, livestock, drop deck, low boy and end dump trailers. This strategic acquisition reflects W&B Service Company’s ongoing strategy to expand geographical footprint and product capabilities with three new locations in Kansas and Western Missouri, enabling W&B to provide South to North coverage in the Midwest. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sanders Trailer Service customers will have access to expanded resources and parts and service capabilities. Customers of both companies can expect continuity of service, expanded product offerings, and enhanced parts support as the organizations integrate, according to the company statement.
