Jerry Guerrero

has hired Jerry Guerrero as its new director of operations, a newly created position. With more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries, he previously worked as a plant operations manager at Taxa Inc in Houston TX.

East Manufacturing announced the addition of Tom Welch as dealer liaison, a newly created position. Most recently, he was with Harmac Transport, part of the Seaboard Transport Group of Companies, and Kenan Advantage, where he was director of business development for chemical logistics.

Jon Morrison

has appointed Jon Morrison president for its Americas Business Unit. A 30-year veteran of the global transportation industry, he previously served as president, North America for American Axle & Manufacturing.

John Raidel II, chief executive officer of Ridewell Suspensions, was a recent recipient of the Missourian Award.  This award acknowledges the most accomplished citizens of Missouri. Nominees for the award must have made an outstanding contribution to their state or nation in one of these fields: civics, business, arts, or politics.

Haldex has appointed John Ducharme senior vice-president–North American sales. He most recently served as vice-president of global sales for Warn Industries, a manufacturer of products for heavy-, medium-, and light-duty trucks; military vehicles; and off-road vehicles. Ed Meador will leave his position as senior vice-president–North American sales later in summer 2015.

Consolidated Metco Inc (ConMet) has added three new members to its aftermarket field sales team: Scott Wilson, Debbi Howard, and Brent Burich. Wilson previously worked at various positions in the trucking industry, most recently with Haldex. Howard was most recently with Prestolite Electric as an account executive to Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) and Paccar in both OE and aftermarket segments. Burich joins ConMet after a six-year stint at Ford-Blue Diamond as a parts sales manager and technical trainer.

Scott Damon

Firestone Industrial Products Company LLC has named Scott Damon president. He succeeds John Vincent, who served as president of Firestone since 2010 and announced his retirement after 33 years with Bridgestone Americas in August 2015. Damon joins Firestone from Speedco, where he served as president since 2014.

J Richard Schien, founder and chairman of Karmak Inc, has returned to serve as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. He returns to the role that he held for more than 25 years and will retain his position as chairman.

Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), a business segment of Terex Corporation, has appointed Ken Doan as regional sales manager for the southern Texas region, including Houston, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley. He comes from Terex Construction in Southaven MS, where he held various sales positions from 2004 to 2015.
