Melissa Dolin

Melissa Dolin has joined Hercules Manufacturing Company as executive administrative assistant. She served as an administrative assistant at Foreman, Watson, & Holtrey in Owensboro KY and before that, a personal banker at US Bank. LaSenna Powell has joined Hercules as an accounts payable/accounts receivable representative. Previously, she was the HR manager at Land O’ Frost and Rexam Closures in Madisonville KY.

Navistar Inc has named Carlos Junquera vice-president of sales, North America Parts. With more than 25 years of experience, he most recently served as Navistar’s director, parts and service–Eastern Hemisphere.

LaSenna Powell

has promoted Jim Hall and Jamie Myers to division vice-presidents. Hall now serves as vice-president of operations, and Myers works as vice-president of purchasing. Hall has extensive experience leading operations at manufacturing companies, including three years as Talbert’s plant manager and 14 years as director of operations for a suspension company. Myers brings 24 years of experience to his new position, including two years as the firm’s director of operations.

J B Poindexter & Co Inc has appointed Tom Reynolds as president of The Reading Truck Group LLC, effective July 18. Reading’s current president, Brian Nadel, asked to step down to pursue a more entrepreneurial career path. Reynolds joins Reading after a long career as senior vice-president and chief operating officer of Methode Electronics Corporation.


The Lincoln Electric Company, a subsidiary of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc, announced the promotion of Michele R Kuhrt to executive vice-president and chief information officer. She joined Lincoln Electric in 1997 as director of taxes and in 2006 was elected as a company officer and senior vice-president, tax.


Frank Sonzala has been named chief executive officer of CIMC Intermodal Equipment (Direct Chassis), the domestic wheeled intermodal representative of CIMC Vehicles. The appointment follows the transfer of O HBuzzHagen from his active role with the company to senior advisor to David Li, chairman of the board. Hagen will remain a member of CIMC’s board of directors. Sonzala previously spent 22 years with Pressure Systems International serving as executive vice-president.
