Nudo Products, Inc. has acquired Prime Panels Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of specialized panels for use in agricultural, commercial, industrial and transportation applications.
Prime Panels is known for its extensive line of laminates and substrates, which has allowed it to serve the needs of a very diverse customer base. The combined companies will provide the building, signage and transportation industries an unparalleled offering of innovative, high-quality interior and exterior panels.
The two companies actually have a unique history. Thomas and Denise Nudo founded Prime Panels Inc. in 1996. However, they actually started laminating panels in 1978 at Nudo Products, and eighteen years later began to develop, manufacture and sell laminated products on their own. The paths of these two companies now cross to form a unified front to serve customers throughout the U.S.
