Van, truck, and bus registrations decline in Europe

European commercial vehicle registrations were down 37% to 883,301 in the first half of 2009, according to figures compiled be ACEA, the European vehicle maker's association.

Overall, trucks over 16 tons fared worst, down 52%, while buses did best, down a mere 5%.
