Rockwell American acquires Fenders N’ More

Rockwell American, a part of Dexter, recently acquired Fenders N’ More from Wolfe Industries.

Rockwell American, a part of DexKo Global and Dexter, a manufacturer of trailer components, recently acquired Fenders N’ More from Wolfe Industries in Santa Fe Springs CA.

Fenders N’ More serves utility, horse, cargo and boat trailer manufacturers.

Rockwell American, headquartered in Azle TX, operates five manufacturing facilities and 14 distribution locations across the US, providing axles, fenders, leaf springs and trailer parts to a wide range of trailering and trucking markets.

DexKo Global, parent company of Dexter, specializes in trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components. Dexter, headquartered in Elkhart IN, employs more than 2,700 people and operates manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada.
