HERD launches Gen 4 grille guards

Truck guard upfitting specialist HERD has launched its next-generation grille guard lineup: Gen 4.

Engineered with durability, driver feedback, and faster turnaround in mind, Gen 4 brings upgraded performance and a fresh new look to HERD’s trusted product line, according to HERD.

“Gen 4 raises the bar with smarter engineering, a sleek new black finish option, and faster access across the board,” said Dave Gata, president of HERD. “We’ve taken what drivers have asked for and turned it into a ready-to-ship lineup. It’s a smarter product and a smarter process.”

Gen 4 is available in black powder coat, satin, and polished finishes, and features a reinforced mounting system, improved materials, and updated styling. The new Gen 4 bumper design reduces the number of SKUs by fitting a wide range of trucks with the appropriate mounting kit. It simplifies ordering and stocking while maintaining HERD’s superior fit and signature aesthetic.

With increased inventory across top models, HERD is equipped to deliver faster lead times and reliable fulfillment throughout North America, the company added.
