Annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue breaks down trends, outlook for truck and trailer parts business

Aftermarket analysts and business leaders participated in a day of insights into trends and outlooks for the commercial truck and trailer market January 23 at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (HDAD) featured presentations by industry experts and panel discussions from people in the trenches who deal daily with parts business.

The day-long event is an initiative of the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) in partnership with MacKay & Company. It was held the day before the opening of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week.

Topics included economic forecasts for the HD aftermarket, structure and trends of the current HD aftermarket, parts and service needs of today’s fleet, the current architecture of the private label, and the battle of the channel. ♦
