Randon Group Names New CEO

Fras-le has appointed Pedro Ferro, former Meritor senior VP and president of aftermarket and trailers, as the new CEO.

Ferro also held several executive positions over the years, including with The Marmon Group, Motor Coach Industries and Cummins Inc. Pedro succeeds Daniel Randon, new CFO of the Randon Group.

Fras-le, headquartered in Brazil, is a global company and one of the largest friction materials manufacturers in the world.

“These organizational structure changes are part of Randon Companies strategic direction for constant and sustainable growth," stated president David Randon.
