J. B. Poindexter & Co. businesses Reading Truck Equipment and Masterack are integrating their operations to create one of North America's largest and most comprehensive commercial vehicle upfit organizations, JBPCO reported August 28.

The integration brings together Masterack's leadership in cargo management solutions for commercial vans and pickup trucks with Reading Truck Equipment's nationwide network of commercial vehicle upfit, installation, parts and service locations, according to the news release. Together, the combined organization creates one of the industry's broadest commercial vehicle upfit portfolios, giving customers access to expanded product offerings, greater geographic coverage and a more seamless experience from specification through installation and ongoing support.
