Badger Truck Center, a family-owned commercial truck dealership and truck equipment distributor, has acquired of New Glarus Motors in New Glarus, Wisconsin.
New Glarus Motors was purchased in 1996 by Jeff Opie, who ran the organization for almost 20 years. Badger Truck looks forward to expanding the team in New Glarus, and continuing to provide the community with a solid organization, that enjoys providing quality vehicles for its citizens.

Having the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram franchise will allow us to cover more of the market our customers are interested in. Providing a company that offers customers everything they need.
“We have retained all the original employees, and are looking to expand. We offer new and pre-owned vehicles. We also have a comprehensive service and parts center that can take care of customers’ needs throughout the life-cycle of the vehicle,” says Matt Dierksmeier, Vice President of New Glarus Motors.
“We are also the only dealer in Green County that is a member of Business Link, which is valuable for companies who deal with fleet operations.”
Badger Truck Center currently provides its customers with Ford and Isuzu vehicles, now they’ve added Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram to the mix, as well as service and parts. Badger Truck also has a truck equipment division that can upfit standard and custom built solutions for Dump bodies, Flatbed and Stake trucks, snow and ice removal equipment, lift gates, service and van bodies, as well as spray on bedliners, paint and body work, and aftermarket accessories. A third division focuses on rebuilding transmissions, drivelines, and rear axles.
