Truck Trailer & Equipment Expands in Memphis

Truck Trailer & Equipment has acquired the former Pinnacle Truck & Trailer in West Memphis.

Truck Trailer and Equipment, recently under new management, has initiated a growth plan, and the Memphis area is the first stop. Truck Trailer & Equipment is headquartered in Jackson, MS.

With five locations, it currently covers the entire state of Mississippi and the greater Memphis area. Truck Trailer & Equipment is now owned by the Hollingsworth Group and is a member of HDA Truck Pride. The management team includes: David Hollingsworth, president, and John Waits, CFO.

Truck Trailer & Equipment has been servicing the commercial vehicle marketplace across the state of Mississippi since 1967. Their expansion into Memphis is a natural transition as the Memphis area has been void of independent distribution. Truck Trailer & Equipment now offers customers in the Memphis marketplace an option: owner-operators, independent repair facilities and fleets of all sizes now have access to a company that carries inventory for all makes and models, premium brand-name products and a full array of services to handle the customers’ needs and solve their problems.
