Omaha Standard PALFINGER (OSP) announced that Hews Company, LLCwill represent Omaha Standard PALFINGER's PAL Pro Mechanic Service Vehicles in New England.
Hews Company, LLCwas established by Roland C. Hews in 1927 and is entering its fourth generation of Hews family management, with locations in South Portland, Maine and Bow, New Hampshire.
"We have been excited about the PAL Pro line since we first saw it at ConExpo in Las Vegas this past March," said Bob Hews, President of Hews Company, LLC. "We had been looking for a line of truck-mounted mid-range telescopic cranes for our customer base throughout the Northeast and we are confident that the PAL Pro line will create new opportunities for the Hews Company. We are, of course, very familiar with the quality products available through Omaha Standard PALFINGER, having been an OSP distributor for over 20 years."
Produced in Council Bluffs, IA, the PALFINGER products being represented by Hews includes a line of telescopic cranes with capacities ranging from 43,000 ft-lbs (5.85 t-m) to 86,000 ft-lbs (11.70 t-m) each with 29' of hydraulic reach; three mechanics bodies, designed for rugged applications utilizing Omaha Standard PALFINGER's e-coating capabilities and three rotary screw and piston air compressors with air outputs of 35-60 CFM.
