River States Truck and Trailer’s location in Roberts, Wisconsin, has completed all testing, training and standardizing required to become Elite Support certified.
Elite Support is a collaborative effort between Freightliner and its truck dealers, focusing on improving the customer experience with the ultimate goal of maximizing vehicle uptime. The Elite Support program provides quality assurance, rapid diagnostics, faster turnaround times and consistent timely communication from a friendly and familiar team.
To earn Elite Support status, dealers are required to demonstrate proficiency on an annual basis on 123 specific criteria across 20 different areas, such as Express Assessment, service and parts processes, technical and operational training and customer amenities. All Elite Support certified facilities are designed to minimize downtime and provide a comfortable environment for drivers.
Along with their initial certification, every Elite Support dealership must be recertified annually to ensure the customer’s experience, is at a higher standard with every visit across the network.
The Roberts location is the second River States location to achieve this status. The La Crosse location received their certification in August, and the Eau Claire location will be inspected for their certification in November.
