In order to attract young people for an apprenticeship at Krone and new qualified employees, Krone has started to build a new career website that offers interesting information about entry and career opportunities as well as videos and profiles of employees offering insights into their diverse business activities.
Especially in the field of job training, interested adolescents can receive a comprehensive picture of the training occupations and work environment at Krone.
"Our Europe-wide strategy of growth should also reflect our web presence and provide potential employees comprehensive information. We want to get the best talents for Krone at an early stage, especially in regard to the skilled worker shortage," says Klaus Reinhardt, Head of Personal of the Krone Holding.
Whether through an internship, a job training, a dual study programme, as an absolvent of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, as a trainee or a direct career entrant – Krone offers a wide range of job opportunities. School graduates can complete a sound training in our company with IHK conclusion in altogether five occupational fields (commercial and technical).
At the moment, there are about 600 employees and 19 apprentices working for the Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone. 21 apprentices will start their training in August 2012. For 2013 Krone plans to offer further 20 training opportunities.
