To celebrate 50 years, Superior Distributors, joined by its entire staff and 50 of its vendor partners, hosted an anniversary celebration at the Sheraton Meadowlands Conference Center in East Rutherford, NJ.
The celebration honored over 900 of Superior Distributors’ customers, who could browse the vendor booth show, take advantage of anniversary specials, or enter to win door prizes.
“We are fortunate to have a loyal customer base, supportive vendors and a strong work ethic amongst our employees,” said vice-president Richard Klein. “Fifty years just doesn’t happen overnight and without an incredible amount of effort on everyone’s part. We are extremely proud, and look forward to another fifty.”
In 1962, Howard “Howie” Klein, opened the doors of Superior Distributors Inc based on one key value: “Take care of the customer and they’ll take care of you.” In 1973, Richard Klein joined the company.
Superior Distributors has a full breadth of product offerings; wheel end components, springs and suspension, lighting and electrical, air conditioning, batteries and exhaust. It supports customers’ needs by providing a variety of critical services; relining brake shoes, cutting drums, resurfacing flywheels, customized hydraulic assemblies and custom-built speedometer cables.
