Based in Minneapolis, Cirus Controls designs, engineers and manufactures electronic spreader controls, central hydraulic systems, advanced plow controls and innovative telematics-based performance management systems for the winter road maintenance industry. Cirus Controls’ highly engineered solutions enable fleet managers to accurately and cost-effectively manage snow and ice removal across North American roadways.

“We believe that the entire team from Cirus Controls, with their engineering expertise, commitment to customer service and focus on company culture, is a perfect fit within the Certified Power family.  This is a great combination of two best-in-class businesses that brings together complementary hydraulics and electronics expertise to the significant benefit of our customers.”

Certified Power will look to Paul Mortell, founder and President of Cirus Controls, to continue to lead the business.

Said Mortell, “The employees at Cirus Controls are very proud of the company we have built and are excited to become part of the Certified Power team. This combination enables us to continue the Cirus Controls legacy, better serve our customers and provide even greater opportunities for our employees.”
