Wabash secures three-year purchase agreement with Prime Inc.

Wabash National Corporation announced confirmation of a three-year purchase agreement for 3,000 refrigerated vans with Prime, Inc., the largest refrigerated carrier in North America.

Wabash National Corporation announced confirmation of a three-year purchase agreement for 3,000 refrigerated vans with Prime, Inc., the largest refrigerated carrier in North America.

Per the agreement, which includes an option to expand the total number of units to 5,000 over the next six years, Prime, Inc. will purchase Wabash National's ArcticLite trailers. Trailer production is expected to begin in September of 2005.

Testing proved that the thermal efficiency of the Wabash National trailer allows Prime to support our customers with the best equipment available."
