Wabash National Corp has announced results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2001. Net sales for the quarter were $212.2 million, compared with $358.7 million for the same period in 2000. Net loss for the quarter was $10.8 million before inventory and other nonrecurring charges, compared with net income of $7.5 million for the same period in 2000.
For the six months ended June 30, 2001, net sales were $454.8 million and the net loss was $21.2 million before inventory and other nonrecurring charges. This compares with net sales of $711.6 million and net income of $16.6 million for the same period in 2000.
