Wabash Names Five to Senior Management Posts

The five are Arthur Brown, senior vice-president—chief operating officer; Rod Ehrlich, senior vice-president—product development; Lawrence Gross, senior vice-president—marketing; Mark Holden, senior vice-president—chief financial officer; and Derek Nagle, senior vice-president and president of North American Trailer Centers.

Brown will have responsibility for manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance. He joined the company this year following more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, most recently as vice-president of Fram/Autolite operations.

Ehrlich had been vice-president of engineering for Wabash since 1985. He has more than 30 years experience in product engineering and development in the truck trailer industry.

Gross previously had been vice-president of marketing since 1994 and had service as president of the Wabash RoadRailer division since 1991.

Holden is responsible for the financial, treasury, human resources, management information services, and investor relations. He had been serving as chief financial officer of Wabash since 1995 and vice-president—controller since 1992.

Nagle, in addition to being named a senior vice-president, will continue to serve as president of North American Trailer Centers, the company’s retail and distribution subsidiary. He is responsible for the company’s retail operations for new and used trailers, aftermarket parts, service, financing, and rental and leasing.
