VIPAR Heavy Duty has announced that CommPar LLC in Sterling Heights MI is the newest stockholder to join the organization's network of distributors. The newly formed corporation is an extension of Power Brake and Spring (PBS), a 60-year old distribution company based in South Bend IN and led by Bill Nolan and Don Walker.
Nolan said other locations are planned to enable aggressive expansion into the Detroit area.
