Trailmobile Parts & Service Corporation is not included in the recent bankruptcy filing of Trailmobile Trailer LLC, according to Dennis Martineau, president of the after-market parts distribution and service company.
When Trailmobile filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, it did so only for Trailmobile Trailer LLC, manufacturers of Trailmobile trailers. Although Trailmobile Parts & Service Corporation and Trailmobile Trailer LLC are owned by the same parent company, they are separate companies and are separately financed. There are no cross obligations regarding their credit facilities, Martineau says.
“We are and have been a reliable supplier and a reliable customer,” Martineau says. “We intend to continue to provide the same high quality of service to our customers and the trailer industry throughout North America.”
