Wabash National Corp has named Arthur Brown senior vice-president/chief operating officer, Rod Ehrlich senior vice-president — product development, Lawrence Gross, senior vice-president — marketing, Mark Holden, senior vice-president/chief financial officer, and Derek Nagle, senior vice-president and president of North American Trailer Centers. Brown previously was vice-president of Fram/Autolite operations. Ehrlich had been vice-president of engineering for Wabash since 1985. Gross previously was vice-president of marketing since 1994. Holden had been serving as chief financial officer of Wabash since 1995. Nagle will continue to head North American Trailer Centers, the company's retail and distribution subsidiary. Wabash has appointed Christopher A Black to the newly created position of vice-president — treasurer. Black served most recently with Firstar/US Bancorp Piper Jaffray as senior vice-president — corporate and investment banking. Wabash has named Gary L Bateman vice-president — management information systems. Previously, he was director — MIS for the company. Nick C Fletcher, most recently director — human resources, has been appointed vice-president — human resources. Bryan L Langford has been named vice-president — aftermarket parts and accessories. Previously, he was general manager — aftermarket parts of Wabash's retail and distribution subsidiary, North American Trailer Centers.
Henderson Mfg Inc has promoted Glenn Beck to national sales manager from his previous position as eastern United States sales manager. Joe Booth has joined Henderson as regional sales manager for the Central Region. Richard “Chip” Aries is the new general manager for eastern operations in Watertown NY. He most recently was territory sales manager for Case IH Application Equipment. William C Hintzsche is the new director of operations for Henderson. He was previously manufacturing manager for Swenson Spreader Co.
Transcraft Corp has appointed W Patrick Warmington chief executive officer and promoted William “Bill” Douglas to chairman of the board. Before joining Transcraft, Warmington was president of Ravens Inc and also had served as executive vice-president of RVM Industries. Douglas most recently served as Transcraft CEO.
Utility Trailer Mfg Co has appointed Stephen Bennett vice-president of purchasing. During the past four years, he served as managing director of Utility International Ltd. Bennett will continue to serve as vice-president of European sales and marketing and as a board member of Utility International Ltd.
