Benson International has named Ryan Black and Travis Flowers as design engineers. Black is a 2007 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in industrial technology who has operated a paintball dealership out of his home. Flowers, a recent graduate of Tennessee Technological University with an engineering degree, also is a graduate of York Agricultural Institute.

Omaha Standard has hired Robby Simard as plant manager. Simard joins Omaha Standard from USC Consulting Group, where he worked as project manager. Robert Karr has been hired as a manufacturing engineer after most recently working with RoMech in Red Oak IA. Omaha Standard has promoted Shawn Lefluer to operations manager. He previously worked in fabrication and the engineering department. Allan Mauseth also has been promoted to operations manager from former duties as leadman and supervisor. Darren Keyser has been named service body final assembly supervisor. He started with the company eight years ago as a painter. All these new hires will be based at Omaha Standard headquarters in Council Bluffs IA.

Silver Eagle Manufacturing Co has hired Jerry Goodwin as president and chief operating officer, a newly created position. He spent 17 years in the aerospace manufacturing sector in the Pacific Northwest before joining Silver Eagle. Gary Gaussoin continues his role in the organization as executive chairman.
