Waltco Truck Equipment Co's new technical service team features field service technicians, inside technical support, and field sales representatives who can provide one-on-one technical training, and self-help options via the Internet and compact disk.

The Field Service Department is staffed with individuals who have extensive experience in liftgate engineering, design and mechanics, as well as heavy truck body and component manufacturing.

Field service technicians travel the nation providing training for mechanics and installers to assure they understand the electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics of the entire liftgate line. Telephone support is a phone call away.

The field sales staff also can provide one-on-one training in the field during customer visits. For after-hours questions, Waltco provides technical documents online, available 24/7, as well as the Waltco Navigator liftgate parts and maintenance guide on CD. This CD simplifies identification of liftgate models and their replacement parts.
