AUTO CRANE Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma, held its second annual ACE (Auto Crane Excellence) Awards in conjunction with the NTEA convention and Work Truck Show in Atlanta, Georgia. Award recipients in the platinum, gold, and silver categories were recognized during a ceremony at the Westin Peachtree Hotel.
Created in 2001, the Auto Crane ACE Awards are presented to Auto Crane distributors whose overall sales and commitment to their products demonstrate their desire to increase market share and improve customer service quality, said Kyle Whiteis, product manager for Auto Crane. Presenting the awards were Auto Crane's president, Bruce Barron.
The original Auto Crane was introduced in 1958 to meet the needs of the oil industry in delivering drill bits and valves. Auto Crane manufactures a wide variety of electric and hydraulic telescoping cranes, in addition to hydraulic articulating cranes, cranes service bodies, and hydraulic air compressors.
