    Rogers Brothers Corp has appointed L B Smith Inc as its distributor in southern Georgia. This newly named distributor recently purchased Southeastern Machinery's facilities in Augusta and Savannah. L B Smith has represented Rogers in New York State (except for New York City) since 1953. The company will offer the full line of Rogers trailers plus fixed gooseneck, tagalong, and specialized trailers.
