MACimizer aluminum half-round end dump is designed for improved safety and cargo capacity.
“The load moves much quicker,” says Michael Conny, president of MAC Trailers in Alliance, Ohio. “It cleans out in the third stage of the hoist, and the load stays centered.”
The trailer has a sloped nose, with no doghouse where material can stick. The smooth sides (no intermediate posts) contribute to fuel savings through reduced aerodynamic drag.
The MACimizer is standard on Hendrickson AS250 Intraax running gear, Stemco Advantage hubs, and Grote LED lights — five lamps per side. The show model, with its 1/4" floor, 3/16" sidewalls, floor liner, and tarp, weighs 9,750 pounds.
