Parker Hannifin Corp's Automation Group has released a new product selection guide and an accompanying electronic catalog on CD for its complete line of pneumatic components and systems. Bulletin AU01-1000/US includes more than 3,000 pages of catalog information from all of the company's pneumatic divisions. The CD contains product information for everything necessary to design and order a complete pneumatic system.
This electronic catalog describes Parker's pneumatic products including valves, air preparation units, cylinders, slides, rotary actuators, grippers, vacuum components, pressure sensors, fittings, tubing, hose, quick couplings, and structural framing systems. There is also information on training programs and materials available from Parker.
Each product series listing in the catalog has an accompanying CD icon and search code. Entering this code into the CD reader's search window takes the user directly to technical pages for that specific product.
The electronic catalog contains details for all products including specifications, performance curves, technical data, cross-sectional drawings, and dimensional views. Ordering information, including model codes and part numbers, is covered as well. Links are offered for each division's web home page, where updated product information can be viewed. The electronic catalog operates with self-loading Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which is included on the CD.
