The Lincoln Electric Co has established the new Service Parts Business, a customer-focused replacement parts initiative.
“We now offer our customers and distributors one-stop shopping to get replacement parts,” said Roger Anthony, manager — service parts business. “Our commitment is to ship parts the same day the order is received.”
To provide this quick response, the company is dedicating a 70,000-square-foot Service Parts Center that will house more than 15,000 discrete part numbers. Currently, more than 30 employees are taking and filling orders for replacement parts.
Orders can be placed by phone at 800-833-9353 from 8 am to 6 pm EST, via e-mail at [email protected], and by fax at 216-383-2020. The latter two options provide customers with 24-hour access.
