Truckworx Kenworth has been named Kenworth's 2012 Parts and Service Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada.
The Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award recognizes the dealer that provides the best parts and service support among all dealerships in the Kenworth dealer network.
“Good parts and service support is critical for any truck and fleet operator,” said Bob Mitchell, chief executive officer of Truckworx Kenworth, which has locations serving Birmingham, Dothan, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, and Thomasville AL; and Jackson (Richland) MS. “Having knowledgeable and talented people in our parts and service departments is a big part of the reason why we earned this award. I am extremely proud of the work our employees do every day to minimize our customers' downtime and keep them on the road making money.”
Kenworth also recognized CIT Group Inc as the 2012 TRP All-Makes Kenworth Dealer of the Year for achieving superior support for TRP parts and service.
“TRP all-makes parts offer exceptional value for owners and operators of trucks, trailers and buses,” said Darrin Siver, Paccar vice-president and Paccar Parts general manager.
CIT Group operates 10 Kenworth locations serving Illinois, parts of Missouri, and northwest Indiana.
