    The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA) elected Jerry Thomsen, Trail King Industries Inc, as president. Joining him as officers for the 2005-06 term are chairman James White, White Brothers Trucking; vice-president Doug Williams, Buckner HeavyLift Cranes; treasurer James Vitez, KMX International; and assistant treasurer John Ward, All States Freight Systems. New SC&RA board members are Alan Barnhart, Barnhart; Bill Stramer, Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co; Terry Young, Install Inc; Geoff Fischer, Trail King Industries Inc; Jeff Pundt, Landstar System Inc; and Doug Miller, Fontaine Specialized. Jim Hardwick of Royal Tractor was elected to serve a two-year board vacancy.
