Imperial Group, a business unit of Transportation Technologies Industries, has opened a new powdercoating paint operation in its Dublin VA facility.
The company purchased the Dublin facility in 1999 to supply products. Today, the 116,000-square-foot facility produces tubular products from 1/2" to 5" diameter using aluminized, carbon, and stainless steel. These parts include dipstick tubes, oil fill pipes, mirror arms, water pipes, supports, braces, fuel tanks, mirror assemblies, and exhaust pipe. This facility is designed to support production requirements including warehousing and line sequencing programs.
