Highway Equipment Company acquires Flow Boy

Highway Equipment Company (HECO), the leading manufacturer of highway maintenance equipment and multi-purpose agricultural spreaders, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the Flow Boy Manufacturing division of Dan Hill and Associates, a manufacturer of processed road building materials transporting equipment.

The acquisition of Flow Boy will provide customers additional opportunities for road maintenance material hauling equipment. With the acquisition, HECO will meet a wider set of customer needs and have a significantly greater opportunity to diversify its ever-expanding product line.
