Fleet Brake Parts & Service has entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the assets of Page Brake Warehouse and its related entities. Fleet Brake intends to reopen the Page Brake locations as branches of Fleet Brake USA LLC.
Lee Greer, a former principal of Greer's Truck Parts (acquired by Page in 2005) and a former branch manager, regional manager, and operations manager of Page Brake; has partnered with Fleet Brake to lead the US operations. Fleet Brake will provide further updates when a formal agreement is signed. This LOI is entered into subject to approval of the state of Utah's courts.
Page Brake is a distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, serving the commercial vehicle aftermarket in the Rocky Mountain region since 1946.
