Falding Capital Group of Grand Rapids MI acquired Eagle Industrial Truck's tow and utility tractor product lines and assets recently. Eagle manufactures industrial and commercial tow tractors, utility vehicles, and vocational vehicle chassis.
Falding will infuse additional working capital and manufacturing productivity enhancements that allow Eagle to serve customers and dealers better. Joining Eagle is a new management team led by President Richard Ryan and Vice-President of Operations Ken Hogan.
Eagle is operating from a recently expanded and upgraded 68,000-square-foot facility in Grosse Ile MI.
