    CRTS Inc has promoted Thomas F Crowder Sr from president to chief executive officer. Mark Taylor, former district manager of Utility Trailer Sales of Virginia, has been appointed president of CRTS. Steve Currin, former new-trailer sales manager, has been promoted to district manager of CRTS and will be based in Statesville NC.
