Accuride Corporation's board of directors has appointed William M. “Bill” Lasky, the firm's president and chief executive officer, to the additional role of chairman of the board, effective immediately. He succeeds Terrence J. “Terry” Keating, who has tendered his resignation as the board's chairman and as a director.

Dana Holding Corporation has announced the appointment of three new executive positions within its commercial truck and off-highway groups. Frank Sheehan was appointed president of international business for Dana's Heavy Vehicle Systems Group. James Wojciehowski was named vice president and general manager of marketing, sales, and service for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Products Group. Brian Couch was named general manager of service and support for Dana Spicer Service Parts. A 34-year veteran with Dana, Sheehan recently served as vice president of global sales, marketing, and product planning for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Systems Group. Wojciehowski will continue his role as vice president and general manager of Dana Service Parts. Couch comes to Dana from Eclipse Aviation, where he was the vice president of business development, services and support.

Karmak has appointed three new sales managers. Gary Woods is the new regional manager for the Pacific Northwest territory, covering Washington, Oregon, Alaska, British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon Territory. He comes to Karmak with 13 years of experience in the heavy-duty commercial truck industry, formerly holding positions with Paccar, Freightliner, and Sterling Trucks. Dean Hill joined Karmak as the Midwest regional manager, covering Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and the upper peninsula of Michigan. He has worked in the heavy-duty industry for 32 years. Art Northover is the new regional manager for the Central United States and Canada, covering Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. A 30-year industry veteran, he has served in sales and operations positions with firms including Detroit Diesel and DEUTZ Corporation.
