Dr. Reiner Beutel has been named chief executive officer of SAF-Holland Group GmbH. His predecessor, Rudi Ludwig, has retired from day-to-day operations

Dr. Reiner Beutel has been named chief executive officer of SAF-Holland Group GmbH. His predecessor, Rudi Ludwig, has retired from day-to-day operations effective February 28, 2009, but will remain on the board of directors. Beutel has held board of directors seats for Haldex AB, KUKA AG, and Mirror Controls International. He previously served as CEO and chief financial officer of Schefenacker AG in Schwaikheim, Germany.

Chris Koch has been appointed president of Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction. He joined Carlisle in 2008 as president of Carlisle Asia Pacific and previously was both regional and divisional vice president at Graco Inc. in Minneapolis MN.

Doug Lenz has been named director of product management for Thermo King Corporation, responsible for providing product management leadership for the company's trailer, truck, and APU lines. He will also serve as interim trailer product manager. Lenz was with Thermo King from 1993 until 2007, where he was most recently the TriPac APU product manager.

Randall Manufacturing has promoted Chuck Carey to vice president of sales and marketing. With the company since 1996, Carey now has his role expanded to include management of the 10 member sales and marketing teams. Ray Stahnke joins Randall as a warehouse territory manager. His experience includes working with highly technical industrial equipment.

David Johanneson has been named president and chief executive officer of Navistar Financial Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navistar International Corporation. Johanneson has held several sales, marketing, and management roles at Navistar over the past 36 years, most recently as group vice president of Global Sales, Marketing, and Distribution. He is based at Navistar Financial's headquarters in Schaumburg IL.

Henke Manufacturing Corporation has added Pete Rufo to its sales staff as Northeast Territory sales manager, handling the 12 northeastern states. He brings a substantial knowledge of the construction equipment field and a 10-year background in the armed forces.
