Civacon has added Ron Phillips as its new Western Region account manager. He previously held the position of regional sales manager for Cleveland OH-based Eberhard Manufacturing.
Stoughton Parts Sales LLC has added Tim Ford as Northeast territory sales manager. He previously spent 12 years with the Gates Rubber Co selling to automotive repair shops and parts distributors in the Pennsylvania market.
Rick Howell was named general manager of Marathon Brake Systems. He began working with Marathon in 2003, when he formed the company Howell & Associates Inc after retiring from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
