ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Craig Pryor vice-president — operations, axles and drivelines, for its Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) group. He previously served as vice-president and general manager — access control systems for the firm's Light Vehicle Systems group. The CVS group has announced that Pedro Ferro will assume responsibility for the Commercial Vehicle Exhaust product group. He will continue to serve as vice-president and general manager of Specialty Products. Rick Weisbart has been named vice-president of business development for CVS. He previously was vice-president and general manager for CVS's exhaust product line.

John Coll has been named general manager of Roadranger Aftermarket Division, replacing Jeff Romig, who was named Eaton Corp's vice-president of supplier resource management in January. Coll joined Eaton in January 2001 as director — global channel marketing for the Cutler-Hammer Group.

Joseph A Mahler is the new director of finance for Hendrickson International, Trailer Suspension Systems, and will be based at trailer division headquarters in Canton OH. He joins Hendrickson from Crown North America in Wooster OH, a division of Leggett & Platt Inc, where he served as vice-president — administration and finance.

Silver Eagle Manufacturing has named Michael S King vice-president — sales and marketing. In the past 10 years, he has held management positions with Paccar Inc and Deere & Co.

Tuthill Corp has appointed Jim Wilfore president of Tuthill Transport Technologies. He served as president of Fontaine Trailer Co for 18 years and is a current director and past chairman of the board of the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association. Ron Harman has been named executive vice-president — operations and will be responsible for operations in both the United States and Canada.

Knaack Manufacturing has appointed James J Radous III vice-president — sales. He has held positions at Klein Tools, Wen Products Inc, The Chamberlain Group Inc, and Tribune Broadcasting.

The Boss Snowplow has added Jeff Hess, who comes to the firm after eight years as Western Products' Northeast sales manager. He will focus on solidifying the Boss brand in the same region.

Assemblies on Time (AOT), a joint-venture company structured between Goodyear and Accuride, has elected board members and has named Ted J Fick its new chairman of the board. Fick, vice-president of Goodyear's commercial tire division, will serve a two-year term. Serving as board members are Goodyear's Patrick Hurley (vice-president — supply chain) and Rich Kramer (vice-president — finance), and Accuride's Terry Keating (president and chief executive officer), Bob Holtz (corporate controller), and David Armstrong (senior vice-president and general counsel).

Transportation Technologies Industries Inc (TTI) has named John Schneider regional director of sales. Most recently, he was senior account manager for Freightliner. Dan DeBord has been appointed an account representative and will work from TTI's Portland sales office. He previously held sales positions with responsibility for customer sales and technical support.

Tectran Mfg Inc has appointed John Rayburn to the newly created position of sales manager responsible for the company's southern United States territory. He has more than 25 years' experience in the heavy-duty parts industry.

Ron Horoky and Ellen Patterson have joined the Dec-O-Art sales team. Horoky will be outside sales representative responsible for Michigan and Illinois. He has 30 years of sales and manufacturing experience. Patterson will work with customers nationwide as an inside sales representative. She has a 12-year career in sales.
