S & S Hinge Co has hired Richard Sade to lead its lean manufacturing efforts as vice-president of operations. He gained experience in manufacturing products in the motion control and steel processing markets. Christopher V Stevenson, formerly vice-president of sales and marketing and general manager, has become president and chief executive officer of S & S. Al Stevenson, formerly president, is now chairman of the board.
