Scott Fulton recently assumed duties as director of product development and Matt Van Meter as director of product validation for Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems. A 14-year veteran of Hendrickson, Fulton most recently served as on-highway program manager in marketing. Promoted from the post of research and development manager, Van Meter is a nine-year Hendrickson employee.

Henke Mfg has added Ryan Wilson as regional sales manager for the Mid-East Region. He has worked as an assistant golf pro at the Lake Quivira County Club.

Phillips Industries has hired Doug Noyes as general manager, Commercial Vehicle Products. Noyes, with more than 23 years of operations and design engineering experience, came to Phillips from Cannon Equipment, where he was responsible for operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, the warehouse, and all production activities.

Knaack LLC, a division of Emerson, has appointed William J Zbylut II vice-president-marketing. With more than 15 years of marketing and product development experience, he previously served as director-marketing planning and implementation-accessory products at Motorola.

Reyco Granning, a commercial vehicle suspension product line of Tuthill Transport Technologies, announces the appointment of Steve Denny as national account director-fleets. Before joining Reyco Granning, he led national and global account development and management teams for Fortune 100 companies.

HALLCO Mfg Co Inc has appointed Rick Farmer to the newly formed position of domestic sales manager, responsible for all regional sales managers and various key accounts. Farmer has logged more than 20 years of service for the firm in a variety of roles. Howie Sewell has returned to be Mid-West Region sales manager for HALLCO. Sewell had previously served in this capacity for eight years, then worked for Mountain Tarp for two years.

Wolfgang Winzer has joined Webb Wheel Products as the new president of the company's Aftermarket Business Unit. He comes to Webb from Siemens VDO Automotive Corp, North America, where he most recently was vice-president and general manager of its Public Transport Telematics Business Unit.

Pressure Systems International has promoted Steve Ottemann to vice-president of operations and Mike McIver to vice-president of manufacturing. Ottemann joined PSI in 2004 as director of operations. McIver began his career with PSI in 2003 as director of manufacturing.
